About Sabine

I was born and raised in Germany. After experiencing spinal issues my athletic career as a gymnast ended abruptly and I had to forego all physical activities for a period of several years. I turned inward and started my spiritual path studying yoga, various spiritual disciplines and meditation beginning at the age of 14. Shortly thereafter I had my first clear audient and out-of-body experiences as a teenager which left me without really having anyone to turn to for support and having an awakening to other dimensions and realities at an early age.

In my mid-twenties,  I graduated from the University of Hamburg with a Masters Degree (Dipl.-Psych.) in Psychology. Throughout the six years of my psychology studies, I worked caring for the elderly, ill, and handicapped people as a caregiver. I also trained as a drug and alcohol counselor and worked in the field of addiction. Many of the healing modalities that I studied and experienced over the years like reiki, styles of bodywork, psychotherapy,  bioenergetics, and dance therapy were tremendously helpful in the healing process yet the spiritual component was hardly ever included.

Growing up I had experienced an autoimmune condition called neurodermatitis which flared again in my twenties. Searching for the next steps on my path I was guided to the book "Hands of Light" by Barbara Ann Brennan. I signed up for the 4-year graduate program in Energy Healing at the Barbara Ann Brennan School of Healing. I had finally found the right teachers to study with and the school connected all the missing links. The healing I personally received at the school allowed me to cure my auto-immune condition entirely. ​

In 2006 I started being called again - this time to the path of shamanism with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. I have been actively studying shamanism with the Foundation ever since and have incorporated the principles of shamanism into my healing practice. 

​

I was guided to attend the End-of-Life Doula training with Inelda. I feel honored and blessed that I now can offer compassionate support for the dying and their families in addition to my other offerings.

​

Oftentimes past life trauma reveals itself to be the root cause of many challenges and physical issues that we experience in our current life which is why i am also offering QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique sessions after Dolores Cannon in my healing practice. Many times the healing that can be brought forward for the client through their Higher Self and accomplish amazing results.

The gifts I offer to my clients are deep empathy and compassion and a safe space and sacred container. In my work, I facilitate healing with the assistance of my helping spirits and guides.​
